As we celebrate the ribbon cutting of KENA's latest venture, ELITE COMPANIES is humbled and honored to partner with this remarkable community advocate. Together, with Inform Architecture, LISC Kalamazoo, the City of Kalamazoo, and Room 35, we embark on a journey that promises to bring positive transformation and endless possibilities to the Eastside of Kalamazoo.

Their unwavering commitment to fostering a strong sense of community, advocating for equitable opportunities, and enhancing the quality of life for its residents is truly inspiring. KENA’s vision was to have a contracting base structured with community contractors, minority-owned, and the opportunity to ensure the administrative tasks of construction management were taught.  Working together this vision became reality, from groundbreaking, through the ribbon-cutting, the collaboration was a success!
