The free, 300-hour construction trades training program equips participants with the skills and certifications needed to build rewarding careers. Access for All is more than a training program—it’s a lifeline for those seeking a stable and fulfilling career in construction. Recognizing that barriers like transportation and childcare can hinder success, we provide support for these essential needs, along with a stipend to cover expenses during training. By removing these obstacles, we empower participants to focus on their education and career development, helping them succeed and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Certifications and Career Opportunities

Participants in the Workforce Development Institute earn valuable credentials, including OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and Asbestos, Lead, and Silica Awareness certifications. Additionally, they receive a nationally recognized certificate from the North America’s Building Trades Union (NABTU), opening doors to numerous career opportunities in the construction industry. Our program offers more than just training; it provides a comprehensive pathway to employment, including career planning, job placement assistance, and ongoing occupational skills training.
